Q: How much breast milk does a Milk-Saver hold?
A: The Milk-Saver holds 2.1 ounces (60mls)
 

Q: How many Milk-Savers come in a package?
A: The Milk-Saver is designed for use during a breastfeeding session. Each package contains one Milk-Saver and a plastic case that you can stand the Milk-Saver in to eliminate breast milk spillage.
 

Q: How should I clean my Milk-Saver?
A: Be sure to thoroughly clean your Milk-Saver before first use. Rinse with hot soapy water, boil or run through your dishwasher on the top rack. Between uses simply rinse the Milk-Saver and air dry on a bottle rack or clean towel.
 

Q: Can I wear 2 Milk-Savers to collect my leaking breast milk between breastfeeding sessions?
A: Some moms that leak breast milk heavily between breastfeeding sessions may want to wear a Milk-Saver on each breast. Be sure to empty your Milk-Savers every hour and refrigerate your breast milk right away.
 

Q: Can I give my Milk-Saver to another breastfeeding mom when I am no longer breastfeeding?
A: Yes! Just thoroughly wash your Milk-Saver in hot soapy water.  You can also boil your Milk-Saver or run through the dishwasher (top rack only).
 

Q:  If I need to return my Milk-Saver, where do I send it?  What is your refund / return policy?
A: 
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased or if it was damaged while shipping. This includes the product packaging.  Please return your Milk Saver no later than 15 days after purchase.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.   Your credit card will be  refunded once the item is received.

Q:  How do I cancel my order?
A:  If you would like to cancel your order please call our customer service line 971-241-5516  to send us an email to info@mymilkies.com with your name and order number and we will refund your credit card

Q:  What is your shipping / delivery method?
A:  All Milkies orders are shipped via (United States Parcel Service) for both domestic and international.   

International orders are shipped primarily by USPS.  If you would like a shipping quote before placing an order please send an email with your desired order and mailing address to info@mymilkies.com.

Most orders ship out within 5 business days. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.  All customers will be notified if there will be a substantial delay.
